Scrapping Clearly August Sketch - Smile

Hello!!

This month I found a bit of time to squeeze in the sketch challenge at SCRAPPING CLEARLY. 

Check out this awesome sketch.

I love to use a monochromatic colour scheme on my layouts so I have stuck to a bit of an edgy black and white look.

I started by adding some grungy stamping on my cardstock using the Darkroom Door Dots Texture Stamp and Charcoal Kaisermist. I sprayed on some water to make it smudge and run a little.

Next I added some gorgeous papers by Cocoa Vanilla Studios.

And then came the photo and all of the pretty embellishments including a sweet spotty heavenly heart embellishment by Charm's Creations.

I altered my background cardstock with Lindy's Stamp Gang Magicals and also coloured my chipboard with them.

Kraft Plus DT - Tassel Time

Hello!!

Just popping in to share my take on the awesome challenge for August at KRAFT PLUS CHALLENGES.

Here's what I created...

 I dyed my tassels with Kaisermists. I also used some gold accents as in the inspiration image. :-)

All of the chipboard is by Imaginarium Designs.

The Scrapbook Store DT - G45 Safari Adventure 3

Hi!! 

My third share for the month for THE SCRAPBOOK STORE featuring the awesome (or should that be roarsome!!) Graphic 45 Safari Adventure. 

I created the background for this layout using some fabulous Lindy's Stamp Gang Magicals.

I took this photo of the gorgeous lion at the Adelaide Zoo after attending a photography course to learn how to make the cage wire disappear.

I altered some of the flowers with the same LSG Magicals that I used to create the background.
