By The Sea Anchor Card

Hi all!!

Today I am sharing a card I created for Darkroom Door using one of the BRAND NEW Eclectic Stamps.

You can see all of the new release stamps over HERE on the Darkroom Door website.

Here's what I created...

Instructions:
1. Apply the Splatter Background Stamp onto some white cardstock cut to size, using Coffee Ranger Archival Ink. Rub in some Old Paper Tim Holtz Distress Ink using a blending tool. Distress the edges and ink with the Old Paper ink. Stick down on a kraft cardstock card base.

2. Cut a piece of vellum to size, tear the top and bottom and layer over the top of the splatter background.

3. Apply the lighthouse stamp from the Seaside Vol. 1 Rubber Stamp Set onto white cardstock using the Coffee ink. Add white crayon to the lighthouse to highlight. Rub in the Old Paper ink as well as some Peeled Paint and Weathered Wood using the blending tool. Flick some water over the top using your fingertips. Dry with a heat gun. (The heat from the heat gun will melt away the white crayon). Tear the edges and add this piece over the top of the vellum.

4. Layer some shreds of hessian and knotted kitchen twine over the bottom of the image.

5. Stamp some ‘weeds’ onto white cardstock using the Coffee ink and then fussy cut.

6. Apply the Anchor stamp onto white cardstock using Tim Holtz Distress Embossing Ink. Sprinkle over some Stampendous Fran-tage Aged Copper Embossing Enamel and heat set. Cut out the anchor and add to the card front along with the fussy cut weeds. Add some sequins to finish.
